We work to turnaround all orders in 3-5 days. For larger quantity orders and party packs please allow 7 days. If your order is urgent then contact us and we will do our best to assist with your timings.
We do not accept returns on personalised items so please ensure names and/or personalised elements are spelt correctly, we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect spellings provided at time of ordering. A replacement will be provided if there's a fault or breakage on delivery upon receiving photo evidence of this.
Yes, non-personalised items can be returned to us in its original sale condition within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return postage cost. Any breakages received on return due to poor packaging will not be refunded.
Please always drop us a message if there's something we can adjust to a design to make it what you want, we're happy to try and help. Redesigns are not available but you can contact us with an idea for a bespoke design and we can supply you with a cost for this.
Absolutely! We're always happy to fulfill large orders, but we may just need a little extra time to facilitate this. Please message us and we'll get something sorted for you. This is especially relevant to our class leavers range so if ordering over 10 mugs drop us a line!
