Shipping & Returns

Mugnificent Gifts Shipping & Returns:

We aim to process orders within 3-5 days. Please allow extra time for larger multiple orders - party packs will take up to 10 days to process. If you require a product urgently, please drop us a message before ordering and we do our best to confirm a faster turnaround.

All orders are despatched on a Standard Delivery rate with Royal Mail Track 48. There is an option to upgrade to a Track 24 but please remember we still require the 3-5 day processing time unless confirmed with us otherwise.

We do our best to ship your orders as securely as we can but understandably sometimes mishaps happen. If an order has been received damaged please email us at hello@mugnificentgifts.co.uk with a photo showing the issue and we will arrange a replacement to be sent out.

We cannot accept returns on personalised items where there is no fault. Faulty items will be replaced upon receiving photo evidence.

Non personalised items can be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Return postage is at the customers cost and must be returned in the original saleable condition. If the item is returned broken because it was poorly packaged then a refund will not be given.
